Payments for Engine Sound Pro are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which handles all refunds.
Try before you buy
The Service has a free version and free daily tries of every engine, so you can check that it works in your car before paying.
No refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable, including for unused time, renewals, changes to cars, sounds or features, or the Service no longer working in your car after a car or browser update, except where a refund is required by law.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Your legal rights
Where the consumer law of your country gives you a right to withdraw or to a refund (for example in the EU or UK), that right applies, under Paddle's Refund Policy. To make such a request, contact Paddle at paddle.net using the details in your receipt.
